You acknowledge that these commissions are exclusively digital, meaning no shipping of physical goods.

The delivered artwork will maintain a minimum dimension of 2000 pixels in width or height (approximately 6.6 inches) unless an alternative arrangement is mutually agreed upon beforehand.

The commissioned artwork is intended for personal use only and will not be reproduced for profit, or used commercially UNLESS otherwise discussed.*

It’s strictly prohibited to EDIT, TRACE, MODIFY, USE in AI LEARNING, or creating NFTs of my work whether commissioned, pre-existing, or future, by the commissioner or any other party.

I reserve the right to decline to draw content that I find disturbing or beyond my skill level.

Payment is only accepted through Ko-fi or Paypal.

Payment is done in Euro (€) only.

For commissions under 70€, upfront payment is required.

For commissions above 70€, you can pay 50% at the sketch phase and 50% upon completion.

I do not accept chargebacks or cancellations unless I'm unable to finish the commission for any unjustifiable reason.

I'll understand if you decide not to proceed before payment is sent as long as you communicate with me and provide a valid reason. However, disappearing without communication will result in permanent blacklisting.

For most commission pieces, I would only work on it every weekday (except for rush orders) and would like to take a break on the weekends so I don’t get burned out.

A fully rendered full-body with a simple to plain background will take almost 2 to 2 ½ weeks to complete.

However, a complex piece or a full illustration may take around 1 month depending on the level of detail and the nature of the request.

The final artwork will be uploaded to Google Drive, and the link will remain valid for 2 weeks from the upload date. After this period, the file will be deleted and the link will become invalid.

If you have a specific deadline for the commission, please let me know. If the expected timeframe is shorter than 2 weeks, depending on the complexity as well, there will be a rush fee.

Up to 3 small to medium revisions are allowed until the Rough Color Pass* stage, and 1 small revision is permitted during the Painting and Finalization* stage.

All edits made after completion will be subject to additional fees and might be denied depending on complexity.

I reserve the rights over the final artwork. This means that I can include it in my portfolio, commission samples, share it on my social media accounts UNLESS specifically asked not to during the commission process.

Please refrain from removing my signature from the artwork. You can request for me to move it and I might agree, but know that I always put it in places that are non-distracting.

A credit under the name “R-GIE” and a link to my socials is always appreciated when using my artwork on any platform.

Email is the fastest way to reach me but feel free me to contact me on any of my social media accounts.

Communications will be maintained on the initial platform you contacted me until the end of the project to avoid scattered messages. In case of challenges beyond our control and if requested early on, we can consider resuming communications through any of these platforms: Instagram, Tumblr, Ko-fi, Discord, Gaia Online, or via email.

Updates on each progress will always be given on each of these stages: rough sketch, first color pass, painting.

For fanart commissions, I, as the artist, will not be held responsible for any copyright or intellectual property disputes that may arise from your use of the artwork.

You, as the client, agree to indemnify and hold the artist (a.k.a me) harmless in the event of legal action related to the use of fanart commissions.
